For the last few years, 1st Pres children, youth and adults have worked together to clean up SAN FRANCISQUITO creek. This year, everyone was thrilled to find that there was much less to clean up than last year. People are starting to care enough and all the efforts are making a difference!

Boots were a great idea, as long as you could keep them on! Of course, for the smaller folks, the water went higher than the boots. Somehow, I don't think they cared!

"When I was a kid, we had to share our boots! Sometimes you got a left, sometimes you got a right! You should consider yourself lucky that you get boots for both feet!"

"Listen kid, just because you don't have any boots doesn't mean you can't get in the deep end with me. Let's get to work!"

"I can't remember. Do we want to keep the Bush in the creek or get rid of it?"

"Hey, look over there! It's the cast of Baywatch and they're not wearing any boots!"
