Welcome to our Family Ministries page! This is the launching
point for all of the many ways in which families are an integral
part of our community of faith and a key focus of our programs.
Rev. Jonas Hayes is the Associate
Pastor for children, youth and family ministries. Use

"family" means more to us than just Mom and Dad and
Kids.... We are a More Light congregation
and treasure our Gay and Lesbian families, single parents, foster
caregivers, and everyone in OUR FAMILY!

Parent and Intergenerational Programs
There are a variety of small groups focused on the needs
of parents of newborns through teens. Click

Just Plain Fun While Helping Others
Each year is filled with intergenerational traditions like
making Christmas wreaths, collecting and wrapping Christmas
for Others presents, creating Easter Baskets for battered
women and children, and putting on a neighborhood Halloween
party.
