Join with First Pres folks who are stepping out for climate justice. On Friday, September 20, students from up to 60 area high schools will lead the way, followed by employees from major high-tech firms, faith communities, and grassroots organizations. This march and rally support a worldwide student movement led by Greta Thunberg.
- 2:45 pm – March begins at San Jose Diridon Station, 65 Cahill St. (~1.1 miles)
- 4 – 5 pm – Rally at San Jose City Hall Plaza, 200 E. Santa Clara St at 5th St.
Contact Pat Kinney for information about carpooling and public transit options. Many of us will take Caltrain #150, which leaves the University Ave. Station at 2:00pm. Another option is Light Rail from the Mountain View Station, leaving at 1:21 or 1:35.
